Do you deliver overseas?
Yes we do!
We are finding that more and more people from outside of the UK want to join the growing band of happy customers and we’re delighted to be able to deliver to the Republic of Ireland, Europe, Australia, Canada and the USA. We would ask that you either give us a quick call or drop us an e-mail to thepamperedpetcompany.com and we’ll get back to you with an exact price. We aim to respond to all emails within the day.
How will my items be packaged?
Our packaging varies depending on the items ordered. We use top quality tissue paper to wrap the smaller products, then they will be placed in either a box or jiffy bag.
What happens if my items are shipped in more than one package?
You will only pay one delivery charge even if your items are shipped in more than one package. Please see the Delivery section for explanation of charges or feel free to call us.
What happens if I need to return a product?
14-DAY, 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not completely satisfied with the item you have bought after the cancellation period expires - simply return it in new condition within 14 days and we will exchange it, or you can choose something else, or give you a full refund excluding delivery costs, no questions. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
Please note all goods returned MUST be unused, in their original packaging and be in saleable condition.

How do you process my refund?
All refunds are made via our secure on-line payment system. We don’t see any of your card details and the payment will go back onto the same card you used to make the original payment. We are not able to refund any delivery charges (either from us to you or vice versa) unless the item is faulty.
How do I arrange an exchange?

Can I return an item which was on Sale?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on any items purchased in our sale unless they are faulty. Sale items are normally end of lines or discontinued lines. We are happy to exchange for any other products or give you a credit note.
