Delivery

As part of our commitment we offer a fast, efficient delivery service. Orders received by 2pm will be shipped the same day. Orders over £70 will be delivered free of charge, however a number of bulky and heavy items will attract an additional charge.

UK Delivery

Orders over £70 will be shipped Free of charge. Orders less than £70 will be charged at the following rate.

1.1kg-2kg   £4.99
2.1kg +      £6.25

If there is an item that is required urgently, we can offer you a Guaranteed Express Pak Service Next Day.

All our items are sent out either Royal Mail or our preferred courier network.  If you select either the express or next day delivery option then a signature maybe necessary.  

We aim to ship all items the day after payment is received if all items are in stock. Most orders are received within 3-5 business days.

Out of stock orders will be dispatched within 21 days of your order. In the unlikely event that we are unable to send your items within this time, we will contact you.  You will then have the option of agreeing to a new delivery date or cancelling the order and receiving a full refund.

If you need a product delivered urgently, we would recommend to contact us to discuss and check availability, prior to placing your order.

Prices

The price you pay will be that specified in the checkout facility on the website. All prices are inclusive of VAT at current UK rates.
